How to Bake Bacon

The most common way to cook bacon is on the stove or in the microwave. That's how I did it for years. However, a few years ago I found a better way: baking it in the oven!
Here's why baking bacon is better:
-You can cook a large amount at once.
-You don't have to constantly watch the bacon or turn it.
-Grease does not splatter all over you.
-The bacon cooks more evenly.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (preferably with wide foil). If the foil isn't wider than your baking sheet, pull up the edges of the foil around the baking sheet, to prevent grease from leaking onto your baking sheet. This ensures cleanup will be easy. Place the slices of bacon on the foil, in a single layer. Once the oven is heated, put the bacon in the oven and bake for 15-25 minutes, or until done to your taste.
